During the workshop, everyone got tired of sitting down and so they got up and walked around and drank coffee and ate stuff.

Bongo preferred to stay sitting down and resting his  beans.  He thinks that sitting down is a lot less work than standing up.

All the other people talked a lot.  Bongo just listened to what they had to say.
