Bongo took part in a step in the PTL process called "Paint the Picture".  It was very confusing to Bongo because he did not see any paint or brushes.  All he saw were "Sticky Notes" and pencils.  Bongo tried to use them to paint a picture, but couldn't do it.

Instead, Bongo decided to provide some input to address issues in the production process where there were opportunities for improving efficiencies in order to reduce unit technical cost.
