Bongo helped out the people at work in a PTL exercise.  Bongo thought PTL meant "Pass the Loot" but Mr. Jim said it meant Producing the Limit.  Bongo was confused because he thought they were supposed to produce oil and gas instead of "limits".

These are all of the nice people that helped to produce all of the limits they were looking for. You can see Bongo on the shoulder of Mr. Billman.  He is the 5th person from the right.
