Bongo also visited the Texas state Capitol building.  It was really big and looked like it had just been washed.

Mr. Jim asked the man in the uniform to hold up Bongo so that he could get a picture of him and the building at the same time.  The man was a real trooper, and held Bongo up.

Bongo asked the man to turn on the lights and the siren on the car just for fun, but the man said, “No”.  

Bongo was disappointed, but understood.  It was the security thing again.
