You can see that Bongo is wearing a Safety Hat!  He thought that he should have one since there was no telling what might happen next.  He decided he wanted to be safe instead of sorry.  Bongo was really happy to have the hat, but Mr. Pototohead, who works near Bongo, was not happy at all.  You see, Mr. Jim took Mr. Potatohead’s cap from him in order to have a Safety Hat for Bongo.  Mr. Potatohead started having bad dreams about mashed potatoes, potatoes au gratin, and all sorts of other bad things…he even dreamed about ketchup!  He was nice enough to suggest that Bongo get a chin strap for the hat if he was going to wear it.  You can barely see it next to Bongo’s right ear in the next photo.  Its made out of a rubber band.
