A quick analysis showed that there was a way to use the same materials in a slightly different way that would not be so hard on the fur on the top of his head.  Bongo thinks that since Mr. Neil and Mr. David don’t have much fur on THEIR heads, that they didn’t think of this when they first came up with the idea. Mr. Le thinks that’s the case because he has LOTS of fur on his head and he says that he keeps Duct Tape far away from HIS head.
