Bongo's hat looked just like the one that the man guarding Red Square was wearing.  He took his guarding very seriously and told Mr. Neil not to take his picture.  He took Mr. Neil's camera and told him to delete the picture with him in it. 

Mr. Neil deleted a different picture "by mistake" and kept the one of Bongo.  Bongo was going to ask a question about dignity, but decided it was not a good time.
