Bongo and Mr. Neil's airplane landed in Surgut (Сургут) in Western Siberia.  Bongo could tell that it was VERY cold outside.  The air was blue and the airplanes were icy. Mr. Neil explained to Bongo that the temperature could drop to minus 40 degrees!

Bongo had two suggestions: 1) hold onto the temperature better so it won't drop so much, 2) start counting temperature at the beginning instead of in the middle.  That way you don't have to use a minus.
