Bongo kept a close watch for the airplane that he and Mr. Neil would be taking to Oklahoma City.  He wanted to make sure that the people took good care of it.

He couldn't watch for Mr. Neil's bag like he does for Mr. Jim because Mr. Neil takes all of his stuff with him inside the plane.
