The team needed fuel to build the team bigger.  They got it at the LEMONGRASS restaurant.  It is at the harbor where there were lots of boats.

The food was really good and it took a long time to eat it.  The team saw a truck that was driving around the harbor.  Bongo thought it was empty, but the team said that the man was delivering air.

Bongo couldn't tell when the truck was full and when it was empty.
