Bongo joined Ms. Lea at lunchtime in the restaurant in Rijswijk.  It is where almost everyone eats lunch and visits with their co-workers.

Ms. Lea is explaining to Bongo about how she always carries tortillas in her purse.  You can never tell when there may be an emergency that requires tortillas.
