There was a LOT of traffic on the Champs Elysees when Mr. Neil took this photograph of Bongo in front of the Arc de Triumph. All the French drivers sounded their horns when they saw Bongo.

Bongo wanted to buy a 'Bongo-sized' Arc de Triumph from a street vendor but Mr. Neil said that they were 'tacky'.
