Mr. Neil explained to Bongo that you don't get to say the T's on the end of names in France. Bongo thought about his 'beret' and guessed that 'duct tape' came from France. He made a mental note not to tell Mr. Jim about that, he would be upset.

 Bongo thought it was like Mr. Neil not saying the H's on the beginning of his words.
