When Bongo got to The Shillélaigh pub on Javastraat in Den Haag, Mr. David opened a bag and took out a VERY scary hat.  Bongo was impressed with the dragon.

Mr. Neil called it an "'at".

Bongo wondered if there was a shortage of the letter "H"
