Bongo is holding the sign that says, "No, Thanks" to the people that bring more food to your table.  It was very interesting.  The meat is on long swords and they slice off pieces onto your plate.

 Bongo was concerned until he found that that none of the meat on the swords was monkey.  

Bongo prefers bananas.
