Bongo helped Mr. Craig manage his time while they were waiting for the tour group to leave the ship.  Mr. Craig was reading a book and can lose track of the time if someone does not remind him of his appointments.

The numbers stuck to them helped to remind them of the tour and bus number that they were supposed to be on.
