Bongo is trying to read the Maracaibo newspaper, the Panorama, but is having a hard time because the language is different from the one he is used to reading.

He liked the newspaper a lot because it had a picture of monkeys on the front page!

Bongo thought he recognized one of the monkeys, but he wasn’t sure. They were wearing uniforms and he thought it made them look important.
