Bongo liked the picture of the lady that was going to crack down on the taxi driver's faces.  Be he wondered why she wanted to do that the the taxi drivers...it didn't sound very safe to Bongo.  

He thought it was funny that she was named after a rock and roll band.  Mr. Jim pointed out that it was probably the other way around.
