Bongo is inspecting the production choke on a wellhead.  The first thing he noticed was that it was really hot!  That is because of all the oil and gas flowing down the inside of the pipe.  

Bongo is wearing the Safety Hat that Ms. Pam made for him back when he had fallen off of his bench.
