Bongo learned that the Manager of Brent "Charlie" is Ian McRae and that he is the "OIM".  Bongo had a hard time saying "OIM" without smiling.  It sounded funny.

Mr. Jim told Bongo that OIM was a TLA that stood for Offshore Installation Manager.
