Bongo got to go offshore on a helicopter with Mr. Jim.  So he would be safe (Bongo likes being safe), Bongo had to wear a suit to protect him from the cold water.

He also had to wear a life jacket and an "Air Pocket".  Bongo wasn't sure how to keep air in your pocket, but he thought it sounded good.

With all this stuff, Bongo felt REALLY safe!
