Bongo helped the other people on the team to learn more about the field infrastructure and operations functions.  Here, Bongo is helping people to learn how to sit down.  But it seemed like they already knew how to do that.

Some of them were REALLY good at it.  They were so good, and worked at it so hard that they had to rest.
